Issuance and reissuance of geological and mining allotments

How to get the service online:
1 Authorize on the portal and go to the "Government Services" section
2 Fill out the application and sign it using EDS
Submit an application
For obtaining a geological allotment:
  • application for the provision and reissuance of a geological allotment in the form of an electronic document certified by an electronic digital signature (hereinafter referred to as EDS) according to Appendix 1 to the List of Rules for the issuance and reissuance of geological and mining allotments (hereinafter referred to as the Rules);
  • electronic copy of the decision of the competent authority to amend and supplement the subsoil use contract;
  • electronic copy of the geographical coordinates of the corner points indicating the total area of the allotment;
  • electronic copy of the liquidation/survey act (in case of territory return);
To obtain a mining allotment:
  • application for the provision and reissuance of a mining allotment in the form of an electronic document certified by EDS; according to Appendix 1 to the List of Rules;
  • electronic copy of the decision of the competent authority/working group protocol to amend and supplement the subsoil use contract;
  • электронная копия географических координат угловых точек с указанием общей площади отвода и графических материалов с указанием контура подсчета запасов полезных ископаемых испрашиваемого горного отвода по площади и на глубину. В случаях расширения границ горного отвода, не связанных с добычей полезных ископаемых, к заявлению прилагаются разработанные недропользователем технические обоснования, пояснения и графические материалы в необходимости такого расширения;
  • electronic copy of the liquidation/survey act (in case of territory return);
