Individuals and legal entities that have obtained the right to subsoil use for exploration, extraction, or combined exploration and extraction of solid minerals and have concluded the relevant contract/obtained a subsoil use license

Certificate of registration of the pledge of subsoil use rights in the prescribed form, or a motivated refusal

How to get the service online:

1 Authorize on the portal and go to the "Government Services" section

2 Fill out the application and sign it using EDS

Submit an application

View required documents

application in the form of an electronic document certified by the recipient's EDS, in the established form;
electronic copy of the pledge agreement of the subsoil use right, signed in the prescribed manner;

The application and documents attached to it must be drawn up in Kazakh and Russian languages
