In the extraction of solid minerals:

application in the form according to appendix 1 to the Rules;
electronic copies of approval letters for the work liquidation project, developed and approved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on architectural, urban planning, and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

When extracting groundwater:

application in electronic form according to the form in Appendix 2 to the Rules;
electronic copy of the special water use permit within the boundaries of the subsoil plot area, determined by the contract, obtained in accordance with the water legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

During exploration of solid minerals:

application in electronic form according to the form in Appendix 3 to the Rules;
electronic copies of approval letters from the authorized land relations authority, positive conclusion of the state ecological and sanitary-epidemiological expertise on the project for the reclamation of disturbed lands;

In the absence of the need for liquidation works:

application in electronic form according to the form in Appendix 4 to the Rules;
electronic copy of the inspection act or act of return of the entire contract territory, confirming the absence of need for liquidation works;

In case of liquidation of the consequences of exploration operations:

application in electronic form according to the form in Appendix 1 to the Rules;
electronic copy of the act of liquidation of the consequences of subsoil use operations;

The application and documents attached to it must be drawn up in Kazakh and Russian languages
