1 Authorize on the portal and go to the "Government Services" section

2 Fill out the application and sign it using EDS

Copy of the topographic plan of the intended construction site and the adjacent area (the topographic plan copy displays the mining-geological situation, contours of existing and planned construction, boundaries of the mining allotment, boundaries of zones of harmful influence of mining operations on construction objects);
Explanatory note;
Information about documents certifying the identity of individuals, state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, about the document confirming payment to the budget of the license fee for the right to engage in certain types of activities, the service provider receives from the relevant state information systems through the "electronic government" gateway

The application and documents attached to it must be drawn up in Kazakh and Russian languages
