How to get the service online:
1 Authorize on the portal and go to the "Government Services" section
2 Fill out the application and sign it using EDS
Submit an application
For the transition to the licensing regime of subsoil use during exploration, combined exploration and production (during the exploration period) of solid minerals:
  • application for reissuance of subsoil use rights under the contract for exploration/combined exploration and production (during exploration) of solid minerals in the form according to the established form;
  • signed with EDS consent of the subsoil user (subsoil users) to include in the exploration license a block partially located on the territory of the subsoil plot used by the specified subsoil user (subsoil users) for conducting operations for the extraction of hydrocarbons or solid minerals;
For transition to the licensing regime of subsoil use during the extraction/combined exploration and extraction (during extraction) of solid minerals/ extraction of commonly occurring minerals:
  • application for reissuance of subsoil use rights under the contract for extraction or combined exploration and extraction (during extraction) of solid minerals/ extraction of commonly occurring minerals according to the established form;
  • electronic copy of the report on the composition of individuals and (or) organizations directly or indirectly controlling the subsoil user, as provided by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use";
For transition to a licensed subsoil use regime during exploration and extraction of solid minerals:
  • application for re-registration of subsoil use rights under the contract for combined exploration and extraction of solid minerals according to the established form;
  • electronic copy of the report on the composition of individuals and (or) organizations directly or indirectly controlling the subsoil user, as provided by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use";
  • signed with EDS consent of the subsoil user (subsoil users) to include in the exploration license a block partially located on the territory of the subsoil plot used by the specified subsoil user (subsoil users) for conducting operations for the extraction of hydrocarbons or solid minerals;
The application and documents attached to it must be drawn up in Kazakh and Russian languages
