How to get the service online:

1 Authorize on the portal and go to the "Government Services" section

2 Fill out the application and sign it using EDS

View required documents

application in the form of an electronic document certified by the service recipient's EDS, in the form according to Appendix 1 to the Rules;
electronic copy of the preliminary consent of the pledgee for allocation or annexation if the subsoil use right under the license for the subsoil plot, for which allocation is made, and under the license for extraction of the main or annexed extraction plot, is encumbered with a pledge;

The application and documents attached to it must be drawn up in Kazakh and Russian languages
