How to get the service online:

1 Authorize on the portal and go to the "Government Services" section

2 Fill out the application and sign it using EDS

View required documents

application in the form of an electronic document signed by the service recipient's EDS;
electronic copy of the financial-economic model of the processing project;
the electronic version of the business plan is filled out on the web portal and signed by the service recipient's digital signature (requirements for the content of the business plan are presented in Appendix 1 to the application);
the electronic version of the processing agreement project for solid minerals corresponding in content to Article 244 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2017 "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use" (filled out in EPN and signed by digital signature);

The application and documents attached to it must be drawn up in Kazakh and Russian languages
