License for the export of subsoil information by regions and deposits of fuel-energy and mineral resources or a motivated refusal
Оплата
Государственная услуга оказывается на платной основе физическим и юридическим лицам. При оказании государственной услуги в бюджет по месту нахождения услугополучателя уплачивается лицензионный сбор за право занятия отдельными видами деятельности:
1) лицензионный сбор при выдаче лицензии составляет 10(десять) месячных расчетных показателей;
2) лицензионный сбор за выдачу дубликата лицензии составляет 1(один) месячный расчетный показатель, установленный на день уплаты.
Лицензионный сбор оплачивается услугополучателем посредством лицевого счета услугополучателя в ЕПН (электронный кошелек), который используется дя отражения денег, внесенных им на расчетный счет единого оператора реестра государственного имущества в банке второго уровня

  • application for a license to export information on subsoil by regions and deposits of fuel-energy and mineral resources;
  • electronic copy of the foreign trade agreement (contract), annexes and/or amendments thereto (for a one-time license), and in the absence of a foreign trade agreement (contract) - a copy of another document confirming the intentions of the parties;
  • электронные копии документов о соответствии квалификационным требованиям, предъявляемым к деятельности по лицензированию экспорта и импорта товаров и перечень документов, подтверждающих соответствие им, утвержденным приказом Министра национальной экономики Республики Казахстан от 30 января 2015 года № 67 "Об утверждении квалификационных требований, предъявляемых к деятельности по лицензированию экспорта и импорта товаров, перечня документов, подтверждающих соответствие им, форм заявлений для получения лицензии и (или) приложения к лицензии, форм лицензий и (или) приложения к лицензии" (зарегистрирован в Реестре государственной регистрации нормативных правовых актов за № 11074);
  • Information about documents certifying the identity of individuals, about the state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, about the document confirming payment to the budget of the license fee for the right to engage in certain types of activities, the service provider receives from the relevant state information systems through the "electronic government" gateway
The application and attached documents must be notarized copies of documents in Kazakh and Russian languages
