How to get the service online:
1 Authorize on the portal and go to the "Government Services" section
2 Fill out the application and sign it using EDS
Submit an application
  • application for a permit for the temporary export of geological samples within the customs union;
  • electronic copy of the foreign trade agreement (contract), annexes and (or) additions to it (for a one-time permit), and in the absence of a foreign trade agreement (contract) - a copy of another document confirming the intentions of the parties;
  • электронные копии документов о соответствии квалификационным требованиям, предъявляемым к деятельности по лицензированию экспорта и импорта товаров и перечень документов, подтверждающих соответствие им, утвержденным приказом Министра национальной экономики Республики Казахстан от 30 января 2015 года № 67 "Об утверждении квалификационных требований, предъявляемых к деятельности по лицензированию экспорта и импорта товаров, перечня документов, подтверждающих соответствие им, форм заявлений для получения лицензии и (или) приложения к лицензии, форм лицензий и (или) приложения к лицензии" (зарегистрирован в Реестре государственной регистрации нормативных правовых актов за № 11074);
  • information on the volume of the exported sample and the nature of its research, the expected duration of the research, the period for preparing the report on the research results, and the organization conducting the research. according to the third part of paragraph 4 of article 75 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use"
