Term of providing the state service
within a month, and for subsoil plots affecting the interests of national security authorities – within 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the application and the documents attached to it

How to get the service online:
1 Authorize on the portal and go to the "Government Services" section
2 Fill out the application and sign it using EDS
Submit an application
  • application in the form of an electronic document certified by the service recipient's EDS, in the form according to Appendix 1 to the Rules;
The application and documents attached to it must be drawn up in Kazakh and Russian languages
